This application provides Bluetooth provisioning, Wi-Fi connection assistance, discovery and control of Alpaca-compatible devices over LAN, local device management, and (if enabled) version checking and authentication with the operator's servers for Askar-series devices. We may optimize or adjust services from time to time. Material changes affecting core functionality will be notified via in-app announcements, pop-ups, or other reasonable means. You may continue using or stop using the app after such changes.
You must have the legal right to use this app and its connected devices, and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.You must not use the App for unlawful access, infringing activity, or violations of third-party terms.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of all network info, device names, and commands configured via this app. Any losses from unauthorized device connections, misconfiguration, or firmware issues shall be borne by you, to the extent permitted by law.
This app may use open-source and third-party libraries under their own licenses. Device, router, and cloud service compatibility depends on manufacturer implementations; we do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware or software versions.
The App is provided “as is.” Astronomical observation and equipment operation involve personal and property safety risks—operate under professional guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law,we are not liable for losses from force majeure, network failures, firmware defects, user errors,or other causes not attributable to us.
Our total liability under this Agreement or this app shall not exceed the fees you paid for app-related services in the past 12 months (or the statutory minimum if no fees were paid), except as otherwise required by law.
We may amend this Agreement with notice posted in the app or on our website. If you disagree with any changes, stop using the app. You may uninstall it at any time.
For users in mainland China (absent a separate agreement), this Agreement is governed by PRC law and disputes shall be heard by the Nanhu District People's Court, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. For users in other jurisdictions, mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
